The National Conference
http://www.pfmseminars.com/nationalconference
This website was created at my current position at Hobby Publications for The National Conference at The West Coast Art & Frame Show. The educational part of the trade show that takes place once a year in Las Vegas. It provides information about the schedule, classes and instructors. The site also allows attendees to register online for classes with options for a VIP pass or individual classes. I created the look and feel of the site and modify the backend programming year to year as the class restrictions required. The original programming was done with an outside company, I worked closely with to ensure the registration worked like a shopping cart, but kept track of what classes were selected and the times so no class schedule conflicts occurred. This site is still active, however the registration is currently closed for the year. Contact me, to have me show you the shopping cart section.

This website was created at my current position at Hobby Publications for The West Coast Art & Frame Show. A trade show that takes place once a year in Las Vegas. It provides information about the exhibitors, education, show specials and allows attendees to register online. I created the look and feel of the site and the programming. The server-side programming is done with ASP. Users can fill out a registration form, the data is entered into a database and an email is sent to a registration company and an administrative assistant at our show office. This site is still active.

Picture Framing Magazine

This website was created at my current position at Hobby Publications. It was created to provide a online presence and provide resources for our subscribers and the picture framing community. I created the look and feel of the site, built the pages and maintain the site by putting new content up every month as well as creating new sections. The backend programming was done by an outside company I worked closely with to ensure it worked the way we wanted. This site is still active. We are currently working on new sections and a new updated design.
